Orthopaedic Research UK

The Client

Orthopaedic Research UK are a London based independent charitable organisation dedicated to advancing orthopaedic knowledge through grants, traning and events.

The Requirement

Revive were enlisted to build the new ORUK website in collaboration with another design agency. Revive provided all the development expertise and guidance on best-practise and usability. There was a later requirement to build the ORUK extranet project also - a pure development solution to allow management of grant applications and funding projects.

The Solution

We worked closely with the design agency and turned their Photoshop designs into a dynamic, content management website which attracts thousands of visitors per month. We also designed and developed a full extranet, allowing grant applicants to apply online, attach documents, view the progress of their application - and on the admin side allows ORUK to fully administer the process themselves.

The Impact

The site and application service now have a coherent approach, sharing branding and look-and-feel. The website traffic has been growing steadily, month on month since launch, and the extranet has given ORUK a powerful tool with which to manage their day-to-day operations.
